Scarnatti

Scarnatti frames buying a mattress as a decision to test over weeks, not one to make after a few minutes in a showroom. The brand sells two gel memory foam mattresses online: the 27-centimeter Excellence and the 18-centimeter Unique. Its company story connects the current brand with more than five decades of family experience in sleep products; a direct-to-consumer model and roll-packed shipping bring the mattresses to customers without a traditional retail store in between.

The differences between the models go beyond height. Scarnatti describes layers intended to combine pressure relief, support, and temperature regulation, and lists standard, enhanced, and premium configurations depending on the product. The site also offers a Fusion topper and sleep accessories. Construction, firmness, and feel vary by model, so the product page and materials description are more useful than a broad promise of comfort.

The defining purchase feature is a 101-night mattress trial, with free returns under the company’s published policy. Scarnatti says returned mattresses are not resold and are recycled or donated, and explains that it provides a vacuum bag and return label to arrange the return. The terms include eligibility conditions and limits, so read them before ordering. The site also lists a 10-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to consumers’ statutory rights.

Scarnatti operates as an online brand of Renabed Europe BV, whose legal and returns information lists a Belgian address. It does not advertise a walk-in mattress showroom; customers can reach support by chat and email, and find material certification information such as OEKO-TEX and CertiPUR. To compare options, start with preferred height, feel, and support, check the materials for the specific model, and confirm delivery costs and coverage in your country before ordering.
