Petz Park

Petz Park, vet supplements for dogs and cats

Petz Park is an Australian online retailer specialising in supplements and care products for dogs and cats. Its catalogue is organised into two main sections, one for dogs and one for cats, and covers supplements, dental care products, complementary items and accessories, as well as combined bundles. The company presents itself as a formulator of its own blends and states that all manufacturing takes place in Australia.

Vet formulation and powder format

The company states that its supplements are formulated by veterinarians and are intended for animals of any age and breed. All supplements come in powder form, a decision the company justifies on two grounds: minimising inactive ingredients and making them easier to administer by mixing them into food. The catalogue allows several supplements to be combined to address more than one health need in the same animal.

Dog supplements

The canine range includes formulas for hips and joints, probiotics, stress and anxiety management, and skin and coat care. The highest-rated products in the canine catalogue, according to the ratings collected on the store's own site, are the hip and joint and probiotic products, both with an average score of 4.8 out of 5. The starting prices shown by the store for this line are 34.95 Australian dollars.

Cat supplements

For cats, the catalogue includes urinary and kidney formulas, stress and anxiety, probiotics, and hip and joint products. The highest-rated items in this line are the urinary and kidney care and probiotic products, with 4.9 out of 5. The stated starting price for the feline supplements is 32.95 Australian dollars.

Other product lines

In addition to supplements, the store sells dental care products, accessories and bundles that combine supplements, dental items and healthy treats. The company describes these bundles as a way to save money by grouping several solutions for the same animal.

Customer service and shipping

Petz Park operates exclusively as an online store and offers free shipping in Australia above a certain order value. The company maintains a customer service team for enquiries about orders and subscriptions, and has a subscription programme, a rewards programme, an affiliate programme and a wholesale line. It also publishes educational content on canine and feline health, with articles on probiotics, arthritis and joint care, among other topics.
