Veterinary services

In the preventive and wellbeing area, the clinic includes vaccination, microchipping, effective flea control, puppy and kitten programmes, and advice on nutrition and prescription food and diet.

Radioactive-iodine therapy for feline hyperthyroidism

One of the standout services is radioactive-iodine therapy for the treatment of hyperthyroidism in cats, presented as a safe and effective option for this condition. The clinic describes it as a specialised treatment within its offering for feline patients.

Cat boarding, doggie day care and other care

The centre has cat boarding facilities, which the company describes as comfortable and secure for stays during owners' absences. For dogs it offers doggie day care under the name Dogtopia Retreat, as well as grooming and training services through its Puppy Preschool programme. Therapeutic hydrotherapy is aimed at pets' recovery and improved mobility, and the offering is completed with behaviour and rehabilitation services.

The business also includes product sales, such as weekly dog food orders, which reinforces its approach as a one-stop shop for pet care.

Professional team

The veterinary team is led by Dr Emily, accompanied by Dr Natacha and Dr Felicity. The staff is completed by a head vet nurse, reception staff, a practice manager and several dog handlers, some in leadership roles and others in junior positions. The clinic also has a school-based trainee.
