Heart Health, blood pressure monitors for at-home monitoring

Heart Health is an Australian online store focused on selling blood pressure monitors for home use. Its catalogue is built around a main device that the company itself presents as "The Superior Blood Pressure Monitor", described as a precision device that is portable, easy to use and features voice broadcast of results.

The commercial proposition is aimed at people who need to measure their blood pressure frequently without relying on a visit to the doctor or pharmacy. Among the points the store highlights are hospital-grade accuracy, medical approval, a compact design for carrying in a bag or when travelling, and a large display designed to make the readings easier to see.

Customer profile and everyday uses

The testimonials collected on the website come from a range of profiles: people who previously measured their blood pressure at a clinic or pharmacy and were looking for a more convenient alternative, children monitoring the blood pressure of an older parent, patients with a family history of heart problems, and mothers who need a quick, portable device. In every case, the idea of independence is repeated: taking a reading at any time and in any place, without help from others and within seconds.

Support and purchase terms

The company states that the monitor has medical approval and hospital-grade accuracy, and presents itself as Australian owned and operated. It offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: the buyer can use the device daily during that period and, if not satisfied, return it with no questions asked. The store accepts payment with Afterpay, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, and prices are shown in Australian dollars.

At the time of the analysis, the site was advertising a promotion under the slogan "Health Upgrade Week" with 50% off, as well as a monthly draw for a $300 Chemist Warehouse gift card among those who shared a photo with their monitor on Instagram, tagging the brand's account.
