Team Spirit Sports

Custom sportswear for clubs, schools, and businesses

Team Spirit Sports is an Australian company dedicated to the design and manufacture of sportswear and custom uniforms. Its catalog covers apparel for disciplines such as rugby, cricket, netball, swimming, hockey, soccer, and basketball, as well as a specific line with Indigenous inspiration. The company also produces workwear and items for the "School Leavers" category, which includes jerseys, varsity jackets, polos, and commemorative hoodies.

From a family venture to a team of more than 40 professionals

Since Jeremy and Jarrod Lipscombe took over management in 2015, the company has grown from operating with two employees to a team of more than 40 professionals. The owners come from a large family with ties to sports and gained experience through volunteer work within the sports community, which, according to their presentation, allowed them to understand the needs of clubs. The company notes that its growth was supported by improving customer service, communication, meeting delivery deadlines, and product quality.

Two locations on the north coast of New South Wales

The company operates from two locations in the Mid North Coast region. The head office is in South Kempsey and a second location is in Coffs Harbour. In 2022, a second, larger warehouse was added at the head office site, expanding production and storage capacity to sustain the growth of the business.

Catalog evolution: from rugby to multiple disciplines

The business began focused exclusively on rugby apparel and over time expanded its offering to a variety of sports codes. In addition to team apparel, the company sells fabrics and offers a custom design service so customers can configure their uniforms. Its clientele includes sports clubs, schools, and businesses across Australia.
