About OnePass
OnePass, the membership that brings together benefits from major Australian retailers
OnePass is a paid membership program that centralises shopping benefits across several Australian retail chains. The proposition consists of a single subscription that gives access to free delivery, points accumulation and extended returns at participating brands, including Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks, Priceline and InstantScripts. The company has also established a partnership with Flybuys for points awarding.
Benefits included in the membership
The program brings together a set of benefits common to the participating brands. According to the published information, members get access to:
- Free standard delivery on eligible items or orders, with no minimum spend.
- 5x Flybuys points for every $1 spent in-store and with Click and Collect at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks.
- 365 day change of mind returns at Kmart, Target, Officeworks and Priceline.
- Express Click & Collect at Kmart and Bunnings Warehouse.
- 2 Pulse Rewards points per $1 spent in-store at Priceline for Pulse Rewards Level 1 Explorer members.
- 30% off your first eligible InstantScripts service and 10% off each eligible service thereafter.
The company clarifies that not all participating brands offer all benefits and that terms, exclusions and eligibility criteria apply.
Plans and pricing
OnePass offers two subscription options. The monthly plan costs $4 per month after the trial period, and includes a 30 day free trial. The annual plan costs $40 per year, with the possibility of getting 12 months for the price of 10, and also includes a 30 day free trial, except in the promotional variant with a reward. The company notes that savings are calculated compared to separately purchasing OnePass monthly subscriptions.
Launch promotion with Target reward
The site describes a current offer for new and returning members: those who subscribe to the $40 annual plan between 8am AEST 31 August 2026 and 11:59pm AEST 30 September 2026 receive a $20 OnePass Reward to spend exclusively at Target. The reward is credited in the 'Rewards' section of the account, usually within 24 hours of subscribing, although it may take up to two weeks. It is redeemable in-store and online, with no minimum spend, and is valid for 60 days from date of issue. To redeem it, you must verify your account with an Australian mobile number. The promotion does not include a free trial and is not compatible with those who choose the trial or change plans via the plan selector.
Brand-specific scope and conditions
The application of benefits varies by retailer. At Kmart, Target and Priceline, items eligible for free standard delivery are marked on each site. At Bunnings Warehouse, free delivery is determined on eligible parcel-sized online orders and excludes Special Orders, Marketplace products and gift cards. At Officeworks, eligibility is determined at check-out and benefits are not available for business account holders or any transactions associated with a business account. At InstantScripts, free standard delivery applies to prescription medication in Australia prescribed by an InstantScripts doctor, while express delivery is not eligible. OnePass is only available at Priceline to Pulse Rewards members, and the Flybuys offer does not apply at InstantScripts or Priceline.
InstantScripts services and Pulse Rewards
Eligible InstantScripts services include Online Prescription Consultations, Medical Certificates, Doctor Consultations, Blood Test Requests and Specialist Referrals. In the case of Pulse Rewards, Explorer tier members who have a linked and active OnePass membership receive 2 points per $1 spent in Priceline stores. The membership must be in a free trial or paid period to be considered active, and accounts must be linked at the time of purchase. Bonus points are added to your Pulse Rewards points balance and do not count towards your Pulse Rewards tier status. Insider and VIP tier members keep their existing bonuses of 2 and 3 points per $1, respectively.
OnePass Mobile
The program also includes OnePass Mobile, a mobile phone service with short and long expiry prepaid plans, powered by Optus. The company presents it as a value alternative within its membership ecosystem.
Recognition and member reviews
The site includes testimonials from users who highlight the value of a single membership to access benefits from multiple brands, savings on delivery and its usefulness for those who shop online. OnePass also mentions the Canstar Most Satisfied Customers - Rewards Programs 2026 recognition.
