Choice and relationship with agents

The seller always makes the final decision on which agent to hire. If they want to work with a specific local agent and have had no prior relationship with them, they can indicate this when making the enquiry; if the agent is part of Vendo's network or is willing to join, they will be included in the introductions and the seller will still receive cashback. To receive cashback, the agent must have been introduced through Vendo. If there is already a prior relationship (for example, a requested appraisal or conversations about the sale), the agent may not be eligible for cashback, as it rewards genuine introductions from the platform. Vendo confirms eligibility in advance before any commitment.

The agent's commission, marketing budget, and campaign strategy are agreed directly between the seller and the agent, just as if the seller had found the agent on their own. Vendo does not set or interfere with commissions or how the property is marketed or sold.
