Product policy and customer service

The company states that it selects only cartridges it considers reliable and discards those that present problems, rather than offering the widest possible range. It imports compatible cartridges and tests new products as they appear on the market. It accepts phone orders for customers who prefer not to buy online and notes that a significant part of its clientele are older people. The store indicates that the prices shown include GST and that the images are for illustration purposes, so descriptions may not exactly match the actual product. The brands mentioned belong to their respective owners and the company clarifies that it is not associated with or endorsed by them.
