Express Online Training (EOT) is an online training provider registered as RTO 40592 that delivers nationally recognised courses in Australia. Its catalogue focuses on obtaining mandatory certifications to work in the hospitality, gaming and construction sectors, with the particularity that enrolment is available at any time and support extends beyond standard business hours.

Certifications for the hospitality and alcohol sector

The main offering includes the RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) course, with specific versions for the states of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania. Each variant is adapted to the corresponding state regulations and is delivered under the code SITHFAB021. In addition, EOT offers the RSAT (Responsible Supply of Alcohol Training) course for New South Wales.

For the responsible gambling field, the centre offers RSG/RCG (Responsible Gambling Services) courses with variants for Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania, under the code SITHGAM022.

The training is completed with food handling courses: the Food Handler, available in all states, and the Food Safety Supervisor, delivered through Streamline Training (RTO 52811) for the states of ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, WA and VIC. Student requirements and conditions

The company accepts enrolment from people in Australia or any other country, provided they are not legally considered an "Overseas Student" under the ESOS Act 2000, that is, they do not hold a student visa. EOT is not registered on CRICOS and has no plans to do so. Anyone who is not an Australian citizen must verify their visa status before enrolling in a nationally recognised course, by submitting their passport or immiCard and automatic validation through the Department of Home Affairs' VEVO system.

To complete the assessment, students must demonstrate a Learning, Language and Numeracy (LLN) skill level of 3, which involves understanding concepts such as hazards, safety signs and legislation.

Regarding the Victorian RSA, after completing the EOT course a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment is issued, but to work in that state it is also necessary to obtain a Victorian RSA Certificate of Completion. To do so, the student must apply for and pass the Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) bridging course and complete the mandatory module "Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond" through the LCV online learning centre. Both procedures are managed by the Victorian government and are free of charge. To access the bridging course, it is a requirement to have resided outside Victoria during the course and to provide proof of this. The information on this process was up to date as of January 2026.
