Storage King

Storage King: storage solutions in Australia

Storage King is an Australian self-storage company that offers storage units for residential and commercial use across the country. Its focus is on secure and accessible storage, with the option to get an online quote with no obligation. The company also sells boxes and packing materials, and complements its offering with vehicle rental services, insurance, and professional help to pack and move belongings.

Units and solutions for every need

The company offers different unit sizes, from small spaces to full garages, adapting to different volumes of belongings. Among the promoted options are reserving a walk-in robe, half garage, or full garage, with free moving packs of different value depending on the size reserved. The packs include boxes of various types, tape, packing paper, bubble wrap, and other materials, and may vary depending on availability, with the possibility of substitution with items of equal value.

Packing products and accessories

Storage King sells its own line of boxes and packing materials, including certified Australian-made cardboard boxes. The catalogue covers boxes of different sizes (XL, medium, book, archive, flat pack), wardrobe boxes with a rail, packing bags, packing tape, packing paper, acid-free paper, bubble wrap, and packing knives. Pre-designed moving packs are offered for different needs: from a small pack for one room or a declutter, to an extra-large pack for a whole home. In-store pickup is available free of charge at 200 locations.

Complementary services

In addition to storage, the company facilitates the moving process with vehicle rental services for moves or transporting bulky items, insurance options to protect goods against loss or damage, and a professional packing and moving service. These services aim to simplify the transition to storage and offer flexible hours.

The process to get started consists of three steps: find the nearest store, select and book the right unit, and move in.
