History and family structure

The company traces its origins back to 1967, when Brian Hilton started a small used vehicle business in Gosford. In 1968, it was appointed Renault and Peugeot dealer for the Central Coast of New South Wales. In 1972, it obtained the Toyota franchise for the area, and in 1977, it opened the Toyota dealership in Wyong. In 1986, the Gosford business moved to its current location at 600 Pacific Highway, North Gosford. In 2000, it opened the Woy Woy service centre, and in 2015, it acquired two dealerships in Taree and Forster, expanding its presence to the mid-north coast of New South Wales. The company remains family-owned and managed, currently led by Josh Hilton, son of the founder, and is backed by Notlih Investments Pty Ltd.
