B&D Garage Doors – Mornington Peninsula

Residential garage doors on the Mornington Peninsula

B&D Garage Doors – Mornington Peninsula presents itself as a supplier of garage door solutions for residents of the Mornington Peninsula, in Victoria. The company states that it designs and manufactures garage doors focused on safety and aesthetics, and that it adapts its systems to the specific needs of local residents.

Its offering combines the aesthetic side — improving the visual appeal of the façade — with home security, and backs its range with a comprehensive 10-year warranty that the company itself describes as market-leading.

Range of doors and accessories

The range is organised into residential doors and accessories, with two main door types:

• Sectional doors
• Roller doors

The company notes that it offers a wide variety of profiles, materials and safety features, so that customers can tailor the door to their particular requirements. Residential openers and associated accessories are also available.

Servicing, maintenance and repairs

In addition to installation, the company provides maintenance, repair and servicing for both garage doors and openers. Among the problems it states it handles are doors that come off their tracks, doors that become stuck and doors that make unusual noises. The service is carried out by its own technicians, who according to the company identify and resolve the issue quickly.

Mobile showroom and coverage across the peninsula

The company offers a no-obligation consultation through a visit from its mobile showroom, "B&D To You", designed so that customers can see the options in their own home. It states that it covers the entire Mornington Peninsula area and lists the following locations on its website: Blairgowrie, Flinders, Frankston, Langwarrin, Mount Eliza, Mount Martha, Portsea, Red Hill and Main Ridge, Rosebud and Sorrento.

Customer profile

The quote request form on the website covers different types of enquirer: individual homeowners, builders, real estate agents, architects and strata or body corporate managers. The form also asks about the working condition of the door and the type of work required (doors, services and repairs, or openers and accessories).

Customer reviews

The website features testimonials from customers in Frankston, Mount Eliza, Brighton East, Clayton South and Endeavour Hills who highlight the team's punctuality, the resolution of garage space issues and the results of the installations and repairs. One of the reviews, verified by Trustindex, relates to an installation carried out by Pete and his team.
