BabiesMart Australia

BabiesMart Australia, online store for baby care and maternity

BabiesMart Australia is an e-commerce business based in Melbourne that sells baby equipment and accessories, as well as maternity support products. Its catalogue is organised around several own brands —Toddly, Glowly, MaterniCare, Feather & Fawn and BabiePlay— and ranges from nursery furniture to baby clothes, including safety items and sensory development products.

The company states that its baby care products are tested to Australian standards AS/NZS and that its baby clothes comply with strict chemical limits for infants. It offers a one-year warranty on all hard goods, in addition to the rights granted by the Australian Consumer Law, and accepts returns within 60 days of delivery on most products.

Furniture and rest

The catalogue includes co-sleeping bassinets and bedside sleepers, such as the Toddly CuddleCrib V2, a 3-in-1 model with rocking, wheels, adjustable height and washable mattress. Changing tables, changing stations and adjustable bed rails are also offered, such as the Toddly DreamGuard V2, designed to ensure safe nights. For the floor, the brand sells foam play mats, including the interlocking SoftSteps and the CushyCrawl memory foam mat with tatami-style finish and waterproof surface.

Feeding and activity

In the feeding section there are electric breast pumps and silicone feeding sets. Baby activity is covered with bouncers and jumpers, gyms and sensory mats, ball pits, tummy time water play mats and sensory toys. Standout items include the Toddly JoySwing 2-in-1, which combines swing, jumper and bouncer, or the Toddly FlexiGrow V2.0, a 4-in-1 grow-with-me high chair with enhanced safety.

Safety and development

Child safety is addressed through helmets and knee pads, safety gates and bed rails. For sensory development, the company offers galaxy projectors from the Glowly brand, such as the star projector with Bluetooth, as well as interactive toys such as the dancing cactus, drones, pianos and dance mats, bubbles and remote-controlled vehicles.

Maternity and postpartum

The MaterniCare line brings together pregnancy and nursing pillows, gestational and postpartum support belts, nursing covers and bed rails for the elderly. Among the products mentioned are the SnuggleMate pillow, the DreamBelly inflatable pillow, the BellyGuard four-piece belt, the ReShape two-piece postpartum belt made of 85% cotton, and the RiseEase bed rail with storage pockets.

Baby clothes

Under the Feather & Fawn brand, baby and toddler clothing is sold: bodysuits, rompers, t-shirt and shorts sets, long-sleeve tops, swimsuits and summer garments. Some models, such as the Koalababy bodysuit or the Safari Friends tee, are available in various prints and colours.

Shipping, warranty and returns

The store advertises free shipping from $49 AUD for most postcodes, with fast delivery from its Melbourne warehouse. Hard goods come with a one-year warranty and returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery on most products. The site also has a support section for requesting NDIS invoices.
