The creative collections include special formats such as porch signs, calendars, mini framed, ornaments, coasters, clocks, LED lights and placemat sets, all using the paint by numbers technique.

Most of these kits are offered at a sale price of AU$24.99, with indicated discounts of AU$10.

Custom kits

The company offers a customisation service through which the customer can send a photograph to be transformed into a numbered canvas. This product, called Custom Paint By Numbers Australia, has a regular price of AU$54.99 and a sale price of AU$39.99. Different sizes and formats can be chosen: 30x40 cm, 40x50 cm, 50x60 cm and 60x80 cm, with options for DIY frame, without frame or stretched on frame. Prices vary according to the combination chosen, from AU$39.99 to AU$179.99.

How the kits work

Each kit includes a pre-printed canvas with numbered sections, small pots of acrylic paint labelled with numbers that correspond to the areas of the canvas, brushes, a reference sheet and a sample of the portrait. The process consists of applying each colour to the section indicated by the number, progressively completing the image. The company recommends starting from the top corner and working downwards, as well as finishing all areas of the same colour before moving on to the next.

Promotions and additional services

The store announces a "buy 2 get 1 free" offer with no code required, presented as valid for a limited time. It also has an affiliate programme and a section for contributors. Among the help pages are shipping and refund policies, order tracking and contact. The company claims over 100,000 happy customers and an average rating of 4.9, although these figures come from its own presentation.

Shipping and currencies

The site allows you to select country and currency from Australia (AUD), United States (USD), Canada (CAD) and United Kingdom (GBP). The main domain is Australian and prices are displayed by default in Australian dollars. The company states that it ships internationally, although no timeframes or costs are detailed in the available information.
