Fixed-fee model and no commissions

The cost to advertise a property for sale is AUD 979; for rent, AUD 205 (or AUD 209 for the "Advertise and Manage" package, which includes the listing and the first three months of management, with a subsequent cost of AUD 29 per month); for the sale of a commercial premises, AUD 930; and for the lease of a commercial premises, AUD 695.
