Next Level Paintball

Next Level Paintball: Australia's paintball centre network

Next Level Paintball (NLP) is an Australian company dedicated to organising paintball experiences. According to its own presentation, it has a network of premium centres across Australia and welcomes thousands of players every week. The company targets a broad audience and presents its facilities as spaces for adventure and action.

Centres and coverage

The company operates in eight locations across the country. Each centre is identified by the city or area where it is located:

• Adelaide: Lot 264 Ferries McDonald Rd, Monarto South, SA 5254
• Brisbane: Neilson Rd, Kurwongbah, QLD 4503
• Canberra: Monaro Hwy & Old Tuggeranong Road, Tuggeranong, ACT 2900
• Helensburgh: 190 Lawrence Hargrave Dr, Stanwell Tops, NSW 2508
• Melbourne: 453 Boundary Rd, Heatherton, VIC 3202
• Newcastle: Palmers Road, Freemans Waterhole, NSW 2323
• Perth: Lot 101 Saint Albans Rd, Baldivis, WA 6171
• Sydney – Appin: 275 Brian Rd, Appin, NSW 2560 (the website indicates that bookings for this venue must be made at Helensburgh)

Game zones

The scenario catalogue includes ten themed zones: Armoured Invasion, Jungle Attack, The Fort, Tropic Thunder, Resident Evil, Wild Wild West, Tomb Raider, Black Hawk Down, Speedball and D-Day Landing. The company presents them as its main game offerings.

Experience format

The website summarises the activity with several specific details: eight hours of action, games designed for groups of ten friends and fourteen missions. A price of £20 per person is also advertised, although the page itself shows inconsistencies between pounds and Australian dollars, so the figure should be taken as a reference from the analysed material and not as a firm rate.

Ticket purchase and redemption

NLP tickets can be purchased in three ways. The first is through promotional teams operating in shopping centres and high streets across the country, made up of authorised resellers who often offer limited-time discounts that vary depending on the time of year and the city. The second is online booking: the user fills in an enquiry form and the booking team calls them back to complete payment and schedule the game at the chosen centre. The third is by phone, through the booking office, where an event coordinator helps organise the day.

In addition, the company has a system for redeeming tickets already purchased by entering a tracking code.

Player reviews

The site collects verified Google reviews, with an overall rating of "Excellent" based on 318 reviews. The published comments highlight how fun the experience is and mention some staff members by name, such as Lily and Paolo.
