The Royal Park Hotel Kyoto Sanjo

The Royal Park Hotel Kyoto Sanjo makes a central base, around three minutes on foot from both Sanjo and Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae stations. Those two connections are useful for combining walks with journeys across the city. This is the Sanjo property, suited to travellers who want to head out for a meal and continue exploring without returning to the main railway-station district each evening.

Standard Twin and Standard Double rooms measure 24 m² and have modular bathrooms with bathtubs. A Superior Twin, at 25.6–28.5 m², can accommodate three with an extra bed. The Deluxe Twin also changes the bathroom layout, adding a washing area beside the tub: for some guests, a more useful benefit than a small increase in floor space.

Monsieur ITOH occupies the basement level with a cellar-inspired interior, while THE BAR offers an alternative way to end the day. Premium Floor benefits include breakfast, one bar drink, a Nespresso machine and checkout until noon.
