The Inka Adventure Company works to create a fair sociaty

1.- Inka Adventure help to Support the organization “Tikari”, it is an after school where come around 25 children everyday after their kindergarden or elementary school, they receive there food, love, and help with their homeworks, a teacher and volunteers teach them Math, art, English, etc, after that they receive the dinner. These children go to Tikari because most of them has only mother and their mother go to the city early in the morning to work for few money and there is not noone to care them. Part of our profits go to help Tikary school, and to pay 50% of the scholar fees of some youngs who come from poor families but who have a high motivation to study and get a diploma from a local university, collegue or institute, they fight

2.- Inka Adventure, pay fair salary to their employees, and also create a friendly job atmosphere, where everybody is well valorate. We are a family of trip lovers, working with passion and happyness. We encorage our employees a continue capacitation and the development of their own capabilities.
