Peruse provides simple to use tools for 842 reporting. Easy initial setup combined with a period based easy routine to reassess and remeasure schedules simplifies the process. Keep extensive history of past schedules making life easy for your audit review.

Initial Build
Peruse has the tools to quickly setup your initial schedules based on information you provide in a spreadsheet. Our tool will have you reviewing schedules quickly. This provides a solid foundation for the ongoing processing.

Setup New Schedules
Peruse 842 setup screen is deigned to allow you to quickly setup a new lease and build the initial schedule.

Reassessment / Remeasure
With the press of a button Peruse will reassess your portfolio, and based on a set of rules, list all schedules needing review for re-measurement. From the Reassessment screen you have the tools available to research prior to deciding to remeasure a schedule. We put the final decision making power in your hands when it comes to remeasuring a schedule. Once you have selected the schedules to remeasure simply press a button and Peruse does the rest.

Percentage Rent Control Peruse has one of the most feature rich percentage rent modules in the industry. Our Percent Rent setup screen is an extensive tool designed to provide the lease based processing data needed to create your statements. Load your sales data with ease. Once the sales data is loaded, simply select the month to run and press a button. Peruse will use the terms from the Lease Control module, merge it with the sales data, and create your worksheets. From there you can email and/or fax the worksheets in bulk. Once complete you have the ability to select the records for payment and send to the lease control modules transaction processing. Want to maintain and export percent rent accruals? Peruse has the tools built in to manage your accruals. CAM Control Peruse has a powerful tool for processing your CAM Reconciliations. CAM Control uses the terms and conditions from the lease control module to assist in the processing of your annual reconciliations. CAM Control monitors your caps and limits alerting you when a cap has been reached. Line item processing back to the terms of the leases provides a decision making tool to identify charges you are not liable for. Once complete you can release for payment through the lease controls transaction processing. Service-IQ Service-IQ offers your facility staff a robust solution for maintaining your properties. Historical view of property and equipment repairs provides information for making informed decisions. Service-IQ provides for scheduling of preventive maintenance and alerts created for upcoming maintenance.
