Our Mobile Multi-Phase Extraction (MMPE) projects utilize traditional multi-phase extraction techniques. Recovered fluids are stored in onsite containers then transported and disposed of at state certified disposal facilities. Our straight recovery systems utilize oil-sealed, water-sealed or claw pumps, depending on the application, to extract multiple phases of contaminants then transfer fluids into designated containers for transport and disposal. Utilizing straight-recovery systems allows for extraction projects to be conducted without the need for fluid sampling or treatment. Our straight-recovery systems range from 75 to 300 CFM. Each automated system is equipped with wireless telemetry ensuring minimal to no down time in the rare event of a system alarm. Our mobile remediation systems provide our clients the most cost effective and easily implemented approach for Petroleum, Agricultural and Chemical clean-up. Our MMPE Treatment systems utilize traditional multi-phase extraction techniques combined with full treatments trains for treatment of waste-water and extracted fluids. Recovered fluids are treated using various treatment options including, oil-water separation, air-stripping, sediment filtration, metals filtration, carbon and various media polishing. Our MMPE treatment systems, utilize oil-sealed, water-sealed or claw pumps, depending on the application, to extract multiple phases of contaminants then transfer fluids into the appropriate treatment trains. Fluids are then treated to the required levels then discharged according to permit requirements.
Utilizing the treatment-recovery systems allows for events to be conducted without the need for storage, transport or disposal. Our treatment-recovery systems range from 130 to 400 CFM. Each system is equipped with wireless telemetry ensuring minimal to no down time in the rare event of a system alarm. Long-term MMPE project conducted inside an international airport hangar. AES completed the event using several hundred feet of extraction line to 5 wells spread through the facility. Recovered fluids were pumped several hundred feet to a tanker staged on the exterior of the building. Ramps and other safety equipment were used to keep facility 100% operational.
Free product recovery at a major pipeline facility. Free product was present in several wells within a large containment basin at the pipeline facility. Challenges included, freezing temperatures, 24-hour system supervision, transferring recovered fluids outside the containment areas while strictly adhering to safety guidelines and facility protocols.
