Maestro is a leading home-improvement and building materials retailer. Under Enfoca’s administration in the 2007 – 2014 period, Maestro expanded from a local retailer with only 6 stores in Lima to a network of 30 stores nationwide, growing its same-store sales at an annual average rate of more than 6% and increasing its EBITDA from US$8 million to US$50 million. On September 2014, Enfoca sold its entire stake in Maestro to Falabella, one of the largest retailers in Latin America and owners of competitor Sodimac, for a total transaction value of US$719 million (16.4x LTM EBITDA). The investment generated a 24% gross IRR and a 2.3x gross MOIC. Our Portfolio

Auna is a leading regional integrated healthcare provider with operations in Peru and Colombia. In Peru, it operates: Clinica Delgado, the country’s largest and most modern private hospital with a focus on high-complexity procedures, as well as a network of hospitals and day clinics in five of the main cities in the provinces; (ii) Oncosalud, the nation’s first and largest prepaid plan with close to 1 million affiliates and world-class performance metrics. In Colombia, it operates: Grupo Las Americas, a conglomerate operating the leading high-complexity hospital in Medellin, Clinica Las Americas, as well as one of the country’s largest oncology institutes, Instituto de Cancerología.
