Ice Plant Bar

Ice Plant Bar is a craft cocktail bar in St. Augustine set in a former 1927 ice-plant building, next to the distillery district and minutes from the historic core. Its cocktail program uses house-pressed juices, a wide range of bitters, and house-made syrups, with great attention to detail.

Beyond the bar, it runs a farm-to-table kitchen using local product —grass-fed beef, local seafood, and seasonal specials. The setting, between recovered industrial architecture and classic cocktails, is part of the draw.
