Sanguich de Miami

Sanguich de Miami started on Calle Ocho as a tribute to the Cuban sandwich made with its own ingredients: Cuban bread, house-cured meats, and pickles prepared on site. Its take on the cubano and the medianoche, along with croquetas and coffee, has made it a neighborhood must.

The project appears in the Miami Michelin Guide —unusual for a sandwich shop— and keeps a casual counter format, open daily during the day.
