B.O.'s Fish Wagon

B.O.'s Fish Wagon is an open-air fish shack on the corner of Caroline Street, one of those spots that keep the old Key West feel. It started as a wagon on Duval Street and today works as a casual seafood joint with outdoor tables and live music on Fridays.

Its signature dish is the cracked-conch sandwich: fried conch strips on Cuban bread with key lime mayo. The menu rounds out with fresh fried fish and no-frills seafood classics.
