LoadStation Auto Transport

Shipping vehicles across the United States

LoadStation arranges transport for cars and motorcycles across the USA. Its website describes door-to-door, open-carrier, enclosed and expedited options. Customers include individuals relocating a vehicle, online car buyers, dealers, auctions and businesses. The right service depends on the vehicle’s condition, value, dimensions and required delivery window. A quote should use accurate pickup and drop-off locations, because a route’s access and distance affect what a carrier can offer.

Open versus enclosed transport

An open carrier carries several vehicles exposed to weather and road conditions; an enclosed trailer provides additional protection and usually costs more. LoadStation presents both choices, including services for classic and luxury cars. A car that cannot be driven onto a carrier needs special loading equipment, so the quote form asks whether it runs and drives. Tell the company about lowered suspension, roof accessories or other modifications that may affect loading clearance.

Quote and booking steps

The online estimator asks for origin, destination, vehicle year, make, model and condition, then contact details for follow-up. An estimate is not the same as an agreed pickup date or final contract. Before accepting, confirm the total price, deposit, cancellation terms, insurance, carrier identity and the pickup and delivery windows. For a dealer or auction collection, provide release numbers, gate hours and a contact who can hand over the vehicle.

Preparing the vehicle for collection

Remove loose personal items, photograph the car from all sides, note existing damage and keep a copy of the condition report at handover. Ask how fuel level and keys should be handled. The website describes motorcycle shipping and service for longer or more time-sensitive moves, but the precise equipment and transit time should be confirmed for the route. LoadStation publishes a phone number and email for questions. Confirm the collection point and access instructions directly with the company before the carrier arrives.
