EleganceTravels: online flight booking with a focus on low fares

EleganceTravels operates as a travel website specialised in the sale of airline tickets at low prices. Its platform allows users to search, compare and book both domestic and international flights, and the company presents itself as an online agency serving travellers worldwide from the United States. The site is run by EleganceTravels LLC, according to the copyright notice displayed on its pages.

The service is built around a flight search engine that accepts round-trip or one-way itineraries, with origin and destination selectors, departure and return dates, and a traveller breakdown by age (adults, children and lap infants). Users can also choose a cabin class among economy, premium economy, business and first.

Services presented on the platform

The website lists four main service pillars. The first is an easy flight search that, in the company's own description, covers trips to any destination with more than 600 aircraft. The second is a buy now, pay later option that lets customers spread the cost of their trips. The third is a set of over 40 payment methods, including cards, e-wallets and digital money. The fourth is a customer service team described as dedicated and available to assist users.

• Flight search and booking for round-trip and one-way journeys.
• Buy now, pay later financing for trip expenses.
• More than 40 payment alternatives, such as cards, e-wallets and digital money.
• Customer support provided by a dedicated team.

Featured destinations and fare listings

The site highlights a selection of destinations through dedicated sections, including London, Miami, Chicago, Las Vegas and New York. It also publishes a rotating list of latest flight fares under the heading "Top Objective For Flight". At the time of this profile, the listed fares were recorded for 11 August and covered round-trip routes such as Los Angeles–San Francisco from $169, Denver–Las Vegas from $113, New York JFK–Los Angeles from $440, Atlanta–Orlando from $75, Honolulu–Kahului from $194, Los Angeles–Chicago O'Hare from $198, Atlanta–LaGuardia from $147, Las Vegas–Los Angeles from $88, Denver–Phoenix from $157 and Atlanta–Fort Lauderdale from $80.

The company states that these fares are round trip and include fuel surcharges, taxes, fees and its own service fees. It also warns that the displayed prices are based on historical data and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking, and that the lowest fares may require advance purchase of up to 21 days.

How the agency describes its positioning

In its own presentation, EleganceTravels describes itself as one of the best travel agencies in the USA and as the most trusted and helpful website among travellers. It also states that it has built a trustworthy reputation for effective service since its founding, without specifying a date. These are the company's own claims and are reproduced here as part of its positioning.

The site explains that it maintains digital connections with other websites to check and present cost-effective travel options, and that it uses data analytics to make the user experience more individual for each visitor. It also mentions that it can provide affordable packages within a customer's required budget.

Team and technology behind the website

EleganceTravels indicates that it has an in-house team made up of software developers, software engineers and designers who work on improving the website for customers. This technical team supports the online platform through which the flight search, fare display and booking functions are delivered.

Promotions and commercial terms

The website advertises savings of up to 50% on the next trip through a subscription to unlock what it calls secret deals. It also publishes a set of legal and commercial pages, including service fees, post-ticketing fees, taxes and fees, baggage fees, check-in information, privacy policy, terms and conditions, cookies policy and refund policy. These sections are part of the information available to users before booking.
