Roave Travel: hotel booking platform with member rates

Roave Travel operates an online booking platform focused on hotel stays, presented as a travel service that shows clear prices and lets users compare accommodation before reserving. The site is built around a search form where a traveller enters a destination, check-in and check-out dates and the number of rooms, adults and children, then requests available deals. Popular searches listed on the platform include Los Angeles (CA) in the United States, and Los Cabos, Cancún, Puerto Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta International Airport in Mexico.

The company presents itself under the corporate name Roave Technology LLC and states that it is a member of the California Sellers of Travel with registration CST 2163969-70, adding that registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

Member rates and price positioning

Part of the catalogue is reserved for registered users: the platform invites visitors to sign in or create a free account to see what it calls member-only hotel prices and Roave's best available rates. The site also advertises a best price guarantee, promising to match a lower rate found elsewhere. Prices are displayed in a selectable currency, with options including the UAE dirham, Canadian dollar, pound sterling, Indian rupee, Mexican peso, Thai baht and US dollar.

Recommended hotels and destinations

The homepage highlights a selection of stays described as handpicked, with guest ratings and starting prices per property. The listed examples are concentrated in Mexican beach destinations:

Customer care and booking support

The platform states that its support team is available 24/7 to answer questions and handle booking needs, and it promotes quick booking as one of its operating principles. Beyond accommodation, the site's other services section mentions deals, transfers and mobile, and customer testimonials describe assistance with flights, airport transfers, cruise coordination and itinerary recommendations. One testimonial refers to sourcing a clinic for a hair transplant and stem cell procedure and negotiating a discounted rate, an example of bespoke trip organisation rather than a standard listed service.

The site displays an overall rating of 5.0 and more than a thousand happy customers, alongside a paginated set of individual reviews dated between 2024 and 2026. Several of those reviews name a specific agent, Sanam or Sanamdeep, as the person who handled the booking.

Travel content and advisor programme

Roave Travel publishes a blog with destination guides and timing advice; the articles listed at the time of writing covered all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, hotels in Miami near the Carnival cruise port and Thanksgiving travel ideas. The company also invites readers to join a mailing list for app-only offers, price drops and destination ideas, and it maintains a page for becoming a travel advisor.
