Urlicenses

Urlicenses: Microsoft Office and Windows license keys sold online

Urlicenses operates an online store specialising in Microsoft software licenses, primarily Microsoft Office and Windows products, along with individual Office applications and Windows Server editions. The company presents itself as a Microsoft Authorized Reseller and states that its licenses are sourced through official distribution channels, with each key accompanied by activation instructions.

The commercial model is based on one-time payment: the store states that it does not use subscriptions or renewals, and that keys carry lifetime activation according to each product's terms. Delivery is digital, with the license key and download link sent by email after checkout, so there is nothing to ship.

Product catalogue

The catalogue is organised into four main groups: Microsoft Office, Windows, Office Apps and Windows Server. Within Microsoft Office, the store lists versions from Office 2010 through Office 2024, plus Microsoft Office 365. The Windows section covers Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, including an upgrade path from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro. Windows Server includes Server 2022 and Server 2025, among other editions.

The Office Apps category breaks out individual applications rather than suites, with Word, Excel, Access, Project and Visio offered as separate licenses. The catalogue mixes single-device and multi-device licenses; for example, Office 2021 Professional Plus is listed both as a one-PC key and as a five-PC key.
