OurLum

OurLum: an online catalogue built around smart living and everyday electronics

OurLum operates as an online store whose catalogue is organised around a handful of broad areas: smart living, electronics, automotive, personal care, travel and outdoor, pets and kids, home essentials, and fashion. The store presents itself as a source of practical electronics and problem-solving products rather than a single-category specialist, and its range spans small connected devices, audio and mobile accessories, in-car technology and personal grooming items.

The site states that every order ships free and that purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Prices are displayed in US dollars by default, and the storefront offers a country and language selector that lets visitors switch currency and browsing language, with English, Spanish, German, French and Japanese listed among the language options.

Smart living and home

Under the smart living heading, the catalogue groups kitchen gadgets, lighting, home decor, bedding and bath, furniture and cleaning essentials. A separate personal-care section covers beauty, skin care, hair care, grooming, massagers and health essentials, while travel and outdoor brings together backpacks, travel accessories, camping gear, travel gadgets, sports and fitness items and organisers. Pet supplies, pet feeders, pet collars and pet carriers sit in the pets and kids area.

Electronics, audio and security

The electronics range is divided into mobile and computing, audio and wearables, cameras and security, and power and smart tech. Specific product lines named on the site include:

• Laptop and computer accessories, gaming accessories, phone accessories and smartphones
• Earbuds, headphones, speakers, microphones, smart watches and audio accessories
• Security cameras, doorbell cameras, mini cameras, solar cameras, camera accessories and complete security systems
• Power banks, fast chargers, wireless chargers, charging stations and smart devices

Automotive accessories

For vehicles, OurLum lists in-car tech such as wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, car audio, car multimedia and navigation and GPS equipment. A safety and security block covers dash cams, TPMS monitors, vehicle security and security cameras, while power and maintenance includes jump starters, car chargers, battery accessories, maintenance tools and car care. Interior accessories, interior lighting, exterior accessories, comfort accessories and a universal accessories line complete the automotive offer.

How the catalogue is presented

Navigation is built around curated collections rather than a flat product list: trending now, new and popular, back in stock, customer favourites, most popular, highly rated, staff picks, smart products, electronics, gifts and editor's picks. The storefront also maintains a best sellers section described as its most loved products, and a dedicated area for viral gadgets. Orders can be tracked through an account area, and the site publishes separate pages for shipping policy, returns and refunds, privacy policy and contact.

Practical information

The company lists a contact email and a US telephone number, and a postal address on East 188th Street in the Bronx, New York. The site's structured opening-hours data indicates availability across all seven days of the week, around the clock.
