Hemp sourcing and manufacturing claims

According to the company, the process starts with organic hemp from American growers and with hemp strains developed over years to produce combinations of CBD, CBC, CBG and CBN. NuLeaf Naturals states that its formulas rely on the interaction between these cannabinoids, known as the entourage effect, and that its products are free of pesticides, heavy metals and mycotoxins, use USDA certified organic hempseed carrier oil, follow strict organic cultivation practices and avoid heat degradation and solvent pollution. It also refers to rigorous quality standards and to lab testing for purity.

Medical advisory board and customer feedback

The site includes a medical advisory board, and it quotes Dr. Jeremy Riggle in that context, referring to manufacturing standards, product efficacy and transparency. The store displays a figure of more than 63,000 five-star reviews and describes itself as trusted by more than 63,000 customers. It also publishes individual customer testimonials about specific products, such as Delta 9 THC gummies, CBD oil and CBD Soothe Gummies.

Membership, pricing and shipping

NuLeaf Naturals promotes a free membership programme called Cabana Club, which it presents as offering member prices and claims to have 6.65 million members worldwide. The store advertises free shipping on qualifying orders and a lowest price guarantee that it describes as beating any matched price by 5%. Product listings show two price levels, a standard price and a non-member price, in US dollars, and indicate free delivery with a tier called Elite. Orders are said to typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on location and shipping method, with possible delays due to holidays, weather and peak seasons. The site also states that refunds are typically processed, without specifying further in the available material.

The site maintains a blog with lifestyle, wellness and pet sections, product guides and reviews, and a frequently asked questions section covering products, shipping, returns and orders.
