Ornaments made personal

PersonalizedFree.com sells Christmas ornaments that can be customised with names and other details. The range covers families of different sizes, including designs with pets, as well as first Christmas, new baby, wedding, engagement and new-home themes. A personalised ornament can mark a particular year or family event; before ordering, check how many characters fit and whether every person or pet can be represented accurately on the chosen design.

Themes for families and interests

The catalogue includes ornaments for grandparents, siblings, friends, children and teenagers. Other sections cover cats, dogs, horses, occupations, sports and hobbies. A buyer can choose an item tied to an activity or profession rather than a generic holiday decoration. Designs may vary in the number of names, appearance and customisation fields. The preview and product instructions should be reviewed carefully for spelling, order of names and any date that will be printed on the finished piece.

Choosing and checking a design

For a family group, start with the number of people and pets and then compare the styles available for that group size. Some ornaments have space for a short message, while others may only allow names or a year. A design with many figures can make text small; check the listed dimensions and photographs. Personalisation is offered as part of the product, but the final price and shipping charge are shown at checkout. Because the item is made to order, correction or return rights may differ from those for an unpersonalised product.

Store history and contact

The business says it began selling ornaments at craft shows in the Seattle area in 1993 and later moved its sales online. It lists 3024 161st Street SE, Mill Creek, Washington 98012, and the customer-service number 888-599-4321. The website provides FAQ, shipping, returns and customer-comment pages, with contact@personalizedfree.com for questions. Holiday orders should be placed with enough time for personalisation and delivery. Check the shipping estimate and review every spelling before submitting payment.
