This USB can be plugged into the One Connect box, allowing users to enjoy the art without uploading one piece at a time via the app.

Additional Services and Products

Beyond frames, Deco TV Frames sells Samsung The Frame TVs directly, offering free shipping on all TVs. The company also provides frame samples, including color chips and corner samples, so customers can see the material and finish before purchasing. Samples are available for all collections, and the company encourages customers to pass them along to neighbors.

Deco TV Frames offers an Outlet Store with clearance items and accessories. The website includes support sections such as returns and exchanges, a gallery of customer setups, and a blog with tips and tricks for Samsung The Frame TVs. Installation and Compatibility

Deco TV Frames are designed for easy installation and removal, allowing users to switch styles without hassle. The frames are interchangeable on Samsung The Frame televisions manufactured between 2021 and 2024. To avoid blocking TV sensors or ports, the company recommends switching the remote to Bluetooth mode and disabling "Sleep After" and "Night Mode" in Art Mode settings. Each frame is shipped fully assembled with finished corners, except for the Alloy Collection, which features interlocking key corners.

Manufacturing and Sustainability

All Deco TV Frames are made in the USA, specifically in Massachusetts. The company emphasizes sustainability, stating that its Premiere Collection frames are made from 99% recycled materials and do not displace wildlife. The frames are manufactured using post-consumer recyclables and are designed to be long-lasting, resistant to warping, fading, and losing luster.
