• Excellent: 85–97% of original condition.
• Good: 75–84% of original condition.

• Inoperable: sold as is, all sales final, no returns.

The company states that its gear comes with 180 days to one year of protection and offers a warranty finder to extend that coverage. It also advertises free shipping on most orders.

Buying, selling and trading in equipment

In addition to retail sales, UsedPhotoPro has a section for selling gear: it offers a free online quote and a free shipping label, accepts trade-ins of old cameras and announces upcoming buying events. The site also allows customers to sign up to be notified when specific items are listed.
