Fjords Furniture

Recliners and ergonomic seating

Fjords Furniture's catalogue centers on chairs and recliners designed around ergonomic seating. The company presents recliners as a combination of Scandinavian craftsmanship, comfort and modern engineering, with models in Comfort, Modern, Relax, Norsk and NordicREST collections. Product pages provide the specifications and configuration options that shoppers can compare for their body, room and preferred seating position.

Sofas and modular layouts

The store includes reclining sofas and stationary sofas, with modular arrangements from one-seat and one-and-a-half-seat configurations through larger multi-seat layouts. Some models offer left- or right-facing chaise arrangements and a choice of arm and leg styles. Customers can use the product details to compare dimensions, seating layouts, upholstery and the configuration that fits their space.

Sleepers and NordicREST

Fjords lists sleeper furniture as a separate category and presents NordicREST as a collection combining seating comfort with an easy-to-use sleeper function. The product descriptions explain the available forms and configurations. Buyers should review the opening mechanism, mattress or sleep surface, dimensions and room clearance for the selected model before purchasing.

Materials, care and design

The website offers fabric, leather and wood material choices and provides care information, inspiration and style guides. It highlights Norwegian heritage and says the brand has drawn on Norwegian nature and design since 1941. Its collections are organized around Scandinavian comfort, with modern, minimalist and hygge-inspired room ideas for shoppers choosing furniture and finishes.

Warranty, dealers and customer contact

Fjords provides warranty, technical advantages, sustainability and dealer information, including a dealer locator and a route to become a dealer. The captured US-facing page lists usa@hjellegjerde.com for inquiries. Customers can contact the company or a local dealer to check availability, delivery, assembly, warranty coverage, fabric samples and the current specifications for a chosen chair or sofa.
