TheCalmPet

TheCalmPet, an online shop for calming dog products

TheCalmPet is an e-commerce business that sells calming toys, beds and everyday essentials for pets, with a clear focus on dogs that are unsettled by thunderstorms, fireworks or time alone at home. The catalogue is organised around the problems owners are trying to solve rather than around product types, and the shop presents its range as designed to help a pet feel safe enough to relax.

The company states that it has served more than 110,000 pet owners and reports a rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on that customer base. It operates as an online-only store under the domain thecalmpet.com and describes itself as part of Argonaut Brands.

The range is grouped into several collections, each tied to a specific need:

• Anxiety and stress relief, presented for thunderstorms, fireworks and empty houses.
• Beds and blankets, described as deep, warm and built for proper sleep.
• Toys and enrichment, aimed at keeping paws busy and the house quieter.
• Harnesses and accessories, for walks without pulling or fuss.
• Cleaning and home care, for fur, mess and odour.
• Halloween costumes and seasonal apparel for dogs.
• Bundles combining toys and beds, including a build-your-own bundle option.

Among the individual products listed, the Calming Durable Duck is the flagship item, priced at $49.99 against a regular price of $100.00 and rated 4.7 from 5,040 reviews. Materials and safety claims

The company states that its products are non-toxic, machine washable and made from chew-resistant fabrics with reinforced seams, particularly in the case of the Calming Duck, which is described as built for tugging, tossing and long chewing sessions. It also affirms that its items comply with FDA regulations and are certified free of harmful chemicals. Care instructions given for the washable products are a cool wash followed by air drying.

Shipping, returns and the settle-in guarantee

Orders are shipped tracked worldwide, and the company states that express delivery usually arrives within 6 to 10 business days at no extra cost. Purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee counted from delivery: the customer is invited to let the dog live with the product for a month, and if the pet has not taken to it, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method. The company says no photographs or forms are required and that returns or exchanges are handled by its care team within 24 hours.
