Woldingham Golf Club

An 18-hole course and events venue in the Surrey hills

Woldingham Golf Club combines two distinct activities at its site on Halliloo Valley Road in Woldingham, Surrey: an 18-hole golf course and a venue for weddings and private hire. The club presents itself as an award-winning course and describes itself as part of the Altonwood Group, a name that also appears in the branding of Westerham Golf Club, whose contact details are reproduced on the same site.

The club states that it was the second most played course in England by iGolfers in 2025, a figure attributed to the club's own presentation rather than an independent ranking reproduced here.

Golf for members, visitors and societies

The course is open to both members and visiting players, and the site separates these two audiences into dedicated booking paths. Green fees are published for visitors, while members have their own tee booking channel and a member's diary. Beyond individual play, the club addresses organised groups through a societies and corporate offering, aimed at companies and structured golf days.

• Green fees for visiting players
• Tee bookings for members and visitors
• Societies and corporate golf packages
• Individual and corporate membership categories

Membership and the academy

Membership is split into individual and corporate options, each with its own information page and a dedicated contact address for membership enquiries. The club also runs an academy and tuition programme, with lessons and coaching handled through the professional shop, which has its own email contact for tuition enquiries.

Weddings, civil ceremonies and private events

The venue side of the business covers weddings, civil ceremonies and private events, each presented as a separate type of booking. Prospective couples and event organisers can request a brochure and arrange a viewing of the facilities. A separate events contact address is provided for this line of activity, distinct from general enquiries and membership.

Practical notes on the course

The site includes a specific policy on course closures due to fog and lightning, indicating that play can be suspended in those weather conditions. General enquiries, tee bookings and lessons share the same main telephone number, while events and membership each have their own email address.
