Mulgas Ltd: boiler repair, servicing and installation in Woking

Mulgas Ltd is a heating company based in Woking, Surrey, that works on domestic boilers and heating systems. Its services cover boiler repair, maintenance, servicing and replacement, alongside central heating work, plumbing, underfloor heating and unvented hot water cylinders. The company states that its engineers are Gas Safe registered and that it deals directly with tenants on behalf of landlords and letting agents.

Repair and maintenance work

Mulgas Ltd reports that its engineers fix over 87% of broken-down boilers on the first visit. The company attributes this to rapid diagnosis and to vans stocked with the most common parts that fail. It offers a 12-month repair guarantee described as "no quibble". For landlords and letting agents, the company says it specialises in dealing directly with tenants and will arrange to collect keys free of charge.

Alongside repairs, Mulgas Ltd provides boiler maintenance and servicing. It offers a "22 point Heating Health Check" with every Gas Safety Check, priced at £5 when carried out at the same time as the gas safety check. The company states that this check is proven to reduce breakdowns by 77%.

New boilers and replacement

The company installs new boilers and states that prices start from £1315 including installation and VAT. New boilers come with a 10-year parts and labour warranty, which the company values at £450 and describes as free. Mulgas Ltd also states that its new boilers can cut heating bills by up to 35%, and it offers finance options on Worcester Bosch boilers.

Heating, plumbing and additional services

Beyond boilers, the service list includes central heating, powerflush, smart controls, plumbing, underfloor heating and unvented hot water cylinders. The company also carries out landlord gas safety checks. It presents itself as covering Woking, Guildford, Surrey and surrounding areas.

Customer feedback and positioning

The website includes numerous testimonials from customers in Woking, Farnborough, Guildford, Horsell, Esher, Old Woking, Addlestone and other local areas. These comments refer to engineers by name and describe installations, servicing, gas safety certificates and plumbing work. Mulgas Ltd also states that its typical repair bill is 27% cheaper than the national average, a claim attributed to the company's own presentation.
