Bespoke Window Furnishings: made-to-measure shutters and blinds

Bespoke Window Furnishings is a family-run business that supplies and fits bespoke wooden shutters, also described as plantation shutters, together with a range of blinds. The company presents its work as a made-to-measure service aimed at improving both the appearance and the functionality of windows across a home.

The firm states that its team advises customers throughout the process, from the initial choice of window covering to the final installation, and positions itself around personalised solutions rather than standard sizes.

Shutters and blind types in the range

The catalogue covers wooden shutters in classic wood and vinyl finishes, the latter described as UK made with a lead time of four weeks. Alongside shutters, the company lists several blind families:

• Roller blinds
• Roman blinds
• Venetian blinds
• Duette blinds, presented as one of the company's best-selling products and highlighted for their thermal performance
• Electronic blinds that can be operated through a smart home system such as Alexa

The range is presented as suitable for any style or budget, from classic wood and vinyl shutters to modern motorised blinds, and as adaptable to different spaces within the home.

Consultation, installation and aftercare

The service model includes free consultations and professional installation, with the team accompanying the customer from start to finish. Bespoke Window Furnishings also refers to an aftercare service team available to assist after the purchase.

Warranty terms stated by the company are five years on shutters, two years on blinds and five years on smart motorised blinds, attributed to the manufacturers.

Customer guidance and selection

The company frames its advice around specific needs, mentioning energy efficiency, child safety and style as criteria for choosing window coverings. Customers can browse the plantation shutter selection online or arrange an appointment by phone to discuss a project.
