Dog Kennels Direct

Galvanised dog run panels and kennels from a Wigan stockist

Dog Kennels Direct describes itself as the UK's largest stockist of galvanised dog run panels, a position it states in its own presentation rather than as an independently verified claim. The company manufactures dog kennels and run panels and operates from a warehouse in Wigan, from which it serves customers throughout the United Kingdom. Its own material cites four decades of experience in the sector.

The business sells both ready-made and customised products, and states that it supplies all types of customers, from large boarding kennels down to individual household owners. It also indicates that its products carry a guarantee, and that it can offer practical advice to those looking for a suitable home for a dog.

Run panels in bar and mesh formats

The panel range is organised by bar spacing and panel type. Full panels and door panels are offered with either 5 cm or 8 cm bar gaps, and there are also mesh full panels, mesh door panels and dividing panels. Individual galvanised panels listed in the catalogue include 1.0 m × 1.84 m and 1.2 m × 1.84 m sizes in both bar spacings.

Kennels, cabins and pens

Outdoor dog kennels are presented as crafted to suit different needs, with single kennels listed in sizes such as 8ft × 4ft, 10ft × 4ft, 10ft × 6.5ft and 10ft × 8ft. The range extends to duo, pent duo, triple, large triple, four bay, five bay and six bay kennels, alongside low-cost single kennels and WPC composite eco kennels.

Dog cabins are described as a versatile housing solution and are divided into insulated and non-insulated timber models, plus an insulated WPC plastic cabin available in 1 × 1 m and 1.2 × 1.2 m versions. Dog pens complete the housing offer, with bar pens, mesh pens, three-sided pens and pens in 5 cm and 8 cm bar formats.

Heating, tracking and kennel accessories

Among the more distinctive lines are NRGPRO infrared kennel heating panels, presented as a modern alternative to traditional infrared bulbs and fitted with built-in thermostats to regulate temperature. The company also lists a GPS dog tracker aimed at pet owners in the UK, marketed as a way to keep a dog within reach in parks, on countryside walks or in cities.

The accessories section covers brackets, dog benches, beds, bowls and holders, heat lamps and bulbs, roofing sheets and timber, and kennel heating panels. Dog crates also appear as a product category.

Custom work and delivery

Beyond its standard catalogue, the company states that it specialises in bespoke designs built to customer specifications. It advertises free UK delivery, subject to the conditions marked on its site, and nationwide delivery to the customer's doorstep.
