The Soulful Hand: holistic therapy in Whitwick

The Soulful Hand is a holistic therapy practice run by Nina, based in Whitwick, Leicestershire. It describes itself as offering a physically, mentally and soulfully calming experience, with sessions designed for busy, overwhelmed women who need space to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves. The practice presents its work as bespoke soulful rituals that blend restorative bodywork, reflexology, Reiki, aromatherapy, facial massage and nervous system support, tailored intuitively to each client on the day.

Bespoke Soulful Rituals and the treatment menu

The core offering is the Bespoke Soulful Ritual, an intuitively guided session that begins with a spiritual welcome ritual intended to help clients arrive, slow down and settle into relaxation before the treatment unfolds according to what is needed that day. The menu also lists Holistic & Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Loma Soma Flow, Reflexology, a Hormone Harmony Ritual and Reiki as individual options. Sessions take place in a cabin with dim lighting, grounding scents and a heated couch, details the practice presents as part of the calming environment.

The stated aim is to support clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, physically exhausted or mentally burnt out, or who simply want time to rest and receive. The practice frames each ritual as created with care, sensitivity and respect for the season the client is in, so that they leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.

The Soulful Self-Care Club

The Soulful Self-Care Club is a membership option mentioned on the site. One testimonial refers to a monthly subscription that ensures regular sessions, indicating that the club operates on a recurring monthly basis. The site presents it alongside the bespoke rituals as a way to maintain ongoing self-care.
