Click2Connect: domain registration and cloud hosting services

Click2Connect is a domain name registrar and cloud hosting provider operating under the trading name DMV Communications Ltd. The service combines domain registration across more than 50 extensions with a Domain Manager tool integrated into its hosting Control Panel, allowing customers to administer domains, DNS records and WHOIS information from a single interface.

Domain extensions and pricing structure

The catalogue covers a broad range of top-level domains, including .co.uk, .com, .eu, .net, .tv, .org, .org.uk, .info, .biz and .us, alongside country-specific extensions such as .com.tw, .cn, .com.cn, .org.cn, .net.cn, .name, .cc, .me.uk and .com.mx. At the time of writing, the site listed annual registration prices starting at £9.99 for .co.uk, £12.24 for .com, £14.00 for .eu, £17.59 for .net, £47.72 for .tv, £18.52 for .org, £15.00 for .org.uk, £28.03 for .info, £22.84 for .biz and £17.02 for .us. Multi-year pricing is displayed for terms of up to ten years, and a separate table compares domain-only pricing with promotional domain-plus-hosting rates.

Free domain with cloud hosting plans

Each cloud hosting package includes a free domain name, and the registration remains free for as long as the hosting account stays active. The company positions this as part of a broader domain management service rather than a standalone registration offer.

Domain Manager and DNS controls

The Domain Manager provides a set of administrative tools for individual domains and bulk portfolios. Users can lock or unlock a domain, edit DNS records, update WHOIS details, create unlimited subdomains and initiate transfer procedures. The Custom DNS section supports A, AAAA, MX, NS, SRV, CNAME and TXT records, with changes reflected online within twenty-four hours and a Revert button to restore original values. A GeoIP location tool allows visitors from a specific geographical area to be directed to a particular language version of a site. For customers with multiple domains, the interface permits simultaneous changes across numerous domain names and, when paired with a cloud hosting account, unified administration of domains and websites from one location.

WHOIS privacy and SSL certificates

WHOIS privacy protection is offered for most of the top-level domains available through Click2Connect, including .com, .info, .biz, .net, .org, .co, .co.za, .me, .tv, .pro, .cc and .we.bs. The feature replaces publicly visible registrant details with the company's contact information. The Domain Manager also allows customers to order standard or wildcard SSL certificates directly from the Control Panel, adding HTTPS to a domain. WHOIS management tools permit updates to registrant, administrative and technical contact information for one or multiple domains at once, although the site notes that not all extensions support this feature by default.

Bulk registration and service guarantee

A bulk registration interface allows an unlimited number of domain names to be registered simultaneously, using either the same WHOIS information for every domain or different details as required. Click2Connect states that it supplies a 99.9% network uptime guarantee with every domain name registration.
