Customers and specialist procurement

It also operates a Specialist Procurement Service for units, forces, emergency services and production buyers, covering purchase orders, tenders and sourcing beyond its catalogue.

Dispatch, returns and delivery

Orders placed before 14:30 Monday to Friday, or before 11:00 on a Saturday, are dispatched the same day according to the company. Returns remain open for 100 days from purchase, exchanges are described as straightforward, and size guides are provided on pages where sizing is a judgement call. The shop ships to BFPO addresses worldwide, a service it notes most retailers do not offer. Free delivery applies to selected items and orders over £50.
