ROCC – Right Online Course Company

ROCC: online booking for CSCS tests and CITB HS&E exams across the UK

ROCC, which presents itself as the Right Online Course Company, operates a website focused on booking CSCS tests and CITB HS&E exams for candidates anywhere in the United Kingdom. The service is built around an online booking flow and a tool that helps users identify which CSCS card they are eligible for before reserving a test.

CSCS card eligibility tool

The site includes a CSCS Card Tool that asks a series of questions and returns a result indicating the card for which the user is eligible. From that result, the interface offers a booking action and the option to restart the questionnaire. The tool is presented as a way to resolve the initial question of which card corresponds to a given profile before proceeding to the test.

CITB HS&E test catalogue by role and trade

The list of CITB tests shown on the site is organised by professional category and by trade specialisation. The role-based entries include Operatives, Labourer, Skilled Worker, Supervisor and Manager. The trade and specialisation entries cover Demolition, Ductwork, HAVCR, Heating and Gas, Working at Heights, Highways, LAEE, Pipefitting, Welding, Plumber, RAAC, Service Facilities and Tunnelling. The menu also provides an aggregated access point labelled All Tests.

Additional services and construction courses

Beyond the CITB tests, the site lists Other Services, Level 1 Labourers and Construction Courses as separate sections. These headings indicate that the offer is not limited to exam booking and extends to other construction-related training and service lines, although the available material does not detail their content.

Booking volume and contact channels

The site states that over a million tests and courses have been booked through the service. For enquiries it provides the telephone number 0845 269 5892 and indicates that local numbers are also available through a separate link. The page also references TrustPilot in its navigation.
