Vapoholic

Vapoholic: online vape and CBD retail with in-house e-liquid production

Vapoholic is a UK-based online retailer of vaping and CBD products. Its catalogue covers e-liquids, CBD, vape kits, prefilled vapes, pods and coils, DIY e-liquid supplies and nicotine pouches. The company states that it produces all of its own e-liquids and CBD in an ISO 7 cleanroom using premium-quality ingredients, and that it sells directly from the manufacturer without middlemen.

According to its own account, Vapoholic began in 2017 as a hobby and grew into a business that now describes itself as having gained international recognition. The site presents the operation as run by vapers for vapers, with a stated aim of offering competitive prices and guidance for customers new to vaping.

Product range across vaping and CBD

The shop is organised into several main categories. Under e-liquids, it lists shortfills, nic salts, 10ml e-liquid, 50/50 e-liquid, high VG e-liquid, freebase, nicotine-free options, longfills and nicotine shots. Brand names featured in this section include Fantasi, Liq, Debonair, ELUX, Ferocious Flavours, Juicy Blast, ShortLiQ and Spirited, alongside Elf Bar.

The CBD section covers CBD vape, prefilled vapes, vape kit bundles, e-liquid terpenes, dry herbs, vaporisers, oils and oral drops, gummies and edibles, powder, balms, capsules and pouches. CBD products are also grouped by need, with categories for pain relief, relaxation and calming.

Vape kits are divided into starter kits, pod kits, sub-ohm kits and kits supplied with e-liquid. The prefilled vapes section includes prefilled vape kits and pod cartridges from brands such as Avomi, Bloody Bar, Blu Bar, Elux, Elf Bar, Gold Bar, Hayati, Hyola, Lost Mary, Pyne Pod, SKE Crystal and Titan. Pods and coils are sold as replacement coils, pod cartridges and vape tanks, with brands including Aspire, DA ONE, FreeMax, GeekVape, HorizonTech, Innokin, Lost Vape, OXVA, SMOK, UWell, Vaporesso and VOOPOO.

For DIY e-liquid, the store lists flavour concentrates, nicotine shots, VG and PG, longfills, mixing kits, empty bottles and other tools, and it provides an e-liquid mixing calculator and a CBD mixing calculator. The pouches category covers nicotine, caffeine and CBD pouches from brands including Zeel, Bagz, Clew, Cuba, Fumi, KILLA, Iceberg, Nordic Spirit, Pablo, SNU and VELO.

Own-brand production and quality claims

Vapoholic states that its e-liquids are made in the UK in an ISO 7 clean room, a claim it uses to support purity and quality. The company also presents direct-from-manufacturer supply as the reason it can offer lower prices than it associates with typical retail mark-ups. These are the company's own descriptions of its production and pricing model.

Delivery, returns and age policy

The site states that UK delivery is free on orders over £20. Royal Mail Standard is given as 2–3 working days, with next-day options through Royal Mail and DPD; orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the same working day. The company says it dispatches and delivers seven days a week and ships worldwide. Orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging.

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days, with returns arranged through the company's team. Purchases are restricted to adults aged 18 and over, and age is verified at checkout. Klarna is available for payment in three interest-free instalments.

Promotions, rewards and pricing notes

The store runs mix-and-match offers, including a 4-for-3 shortfill deal in which the cheapest of four shortfill e-liquids is deducted automatically at checkout without a code, and a 10-for-7 nic salt offer. Other promotions listed include e-liquid bundles, £1 e-liquid, 20% off e-liquid shortfills, 50% off Fantasi 10ml nic salts, 3-for-£10 nicotine pouches and 99p nicotine pouches.

Vapoholic operates a rewards scheme: customers earn 10 points per £1 spent, can redeem points against future orders, and receive 100 points for signing up, with bonus points for reviews and referrals. The site also advertises 5% back in points on every order and a 10% discount code for newsletter subscribers.

At the time of writing, the site displays a notice that a new vape duty takes effect from 1 October 2026, applying £2.20 per 10ml to vaping products. It states that existing prices apply while stocks last, that all new stock will see a price increase, and that after-duty prices include the £2.20 duty per 10ml plus 20% VAT on the duty, equivalent to £2.64 per 10ml.
