Kew Windows: window and door installation in South West London

Kew Windows is a local company that supplies and fits windows, doors, shutters and blinds for homeowners in Kew and the surrounding parts of South West London. The company describes itself as well established in the area and operates from a showroom in Twickenham, where customers can see products before deciding. Its work covers both new installations and the servicing or repair of existing windows and doors.

The range is organised around three product families: windows, doors, and made-to-measure shutters and blinds. Within each, the company presents several styles and materials so that the choice can be matched to the type of property, its character and the budget available.

Window styles and materials

On the window side, Kew Windows lists casement windows, flush casement windows, fully reversible windows, sash windows and tilt-and-turn windows. The sash option is presented as suited to traditional properties, while casement and tilt-and-turn models respond to more contemporary requirements. Materials offered are aluminium, timber and uPVC, which allows the same style to be specified in different finishes depending on the home.

Doors for front, back and side access

The door range covers front doors, French doors, flush casement doors, bi-folding doors and sliding patio doors. Composite and timber are the two materials named for doors. As with the windows, the company frames the decision around security, style and the way each opening is used, from a main entrance to a garden or patio connection.

Shutters, blinds and aftercare

Beyond glazing and doors, Kew Windows provides made-to-measure shutters and blinds, positioned as a way to add privacy, control light and give a finished look to the interior. The company also offers a service and repair line for existing installations, covering issues with hinges, handles, glazing and general maintenance.

Guarantees and registration

Kew Windows states that it is FENSA registered and that it offers a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee through GGFi. It also indicates that its products are manufactured in the UK and that it works with a range of established manufacturers, which gives homeowners a choice of suppliers across windows, doors, shutters and blinds.

Coverage across South West London

The company names Kew, Richmond, Twickenham, Wandsworth, Hammersmith and Ealing among the areas it serves, alongside the wider South West London area. Its showroom is at Unit 7 Heathlands Close, Twickenham TW1 4BP, and the company presents a free consultation and tailored quote as the starting point for each project, based on the property, the products chosen and the work required.
