MW Roofline

MW Roofline, roofline replacement specialists in the West Midlands

MW Roofline is a roofline contractor that has traded since 1999 and presents itself as a well-known name in the fascia and soffit business. Its defining method, according to its own account, is that it has only ever carried out total replacement work, a process in which all the existing wood is completely removed rather than covered over. The company contrasts this with the over-cladding operators it says have come and gone during its years of trading.

The firm states that roughly half of its work arrives through recommendation and the other half through local advertising, and it frames its website as a route for customers who have been pointed towards it by someone who has already used the service.

Fascias, soffits and guttering

The core line is a range of long-lasting, low-maintenance PVCu roofline products, which the company says come with a minimum 30-year guarantee. This covers the fascia, soffit and guttering work that gives the business its name and forms the bulk of the services listed on the site.

Concrete gutter lining with EPDM

MW Roofline installs concrete gutter liners using a thick-grade EPDM seamless liner. The company states that this gives a minimum life expectancy of between 20 and 50 years. It is presented as a distinct service from the PVCu roofline range.

Mock Tudor boards and other roofline work

The company supplies Mock Tudor boards as a practical replacement for old timber boards, and notes that they can also be used to give homes a distinctive style. Beyond these, the services listed include:

• Cast iron effect guttering
• Polycarbonate roofing
• EPDM roofing
• Twinson premium cladding

Trade associations

MW Roofline states that it is a member of the NFRC, Fair Trades, Homepro, TrustMark and The Guild of Master Craftsmen, and describes itself as Purveyors of Excellence in Roofline and Cladding.
