About Leo Chiu Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy and strength & conditioning in Bricket Wood, St Albans
Leo Chiu Physiotherapy is a private practice working with people recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions or looking to improve physical and sporting performance. The clinic describes its method as starting with a comprehensive clinical assessment to identify the source of the problem, followed by treatment tailored to the individual and grounded in evidence-based medicine. Its stated aims are reducing pain, restoring health, optimising performance and supporting longevity.
Assessment-led treatment
The practice presents its work in three stages it labels Repair, Rebuild and Revitalise: personalised care to reduce pain and begin recovery, building resilience against injury from the ground up, and helping clients move better and become stronger.
