Tinyme: personalised products for children and family life

Tinyme is an online retailer specialising in personalised products aimed at children and households. Its catalogue is organised around a few broad areas: name labels and school labelling, wall stickers and wall decor, organisation and stationery, photo-based products, and gifts for children, babies and Christmas. The company presents itself with the line "3 dads, 15 kids. A true story…", a reference to its founders that it repeats across the site.

According to the information on its site, Tinyme has recorded more than one million orders from customers since 2006, and states that its products have been made in Britain since 2022. It also describes itself as a repeat winner of an Online Retail Industry Award.

Labelling for school, nursery and the home

Labelling is one of the largest blocks of the catalogue. The range includes build-your-own label packs, name label value packs, name stamps and name tags, alongside sticky labels, stick-on clothing labels, iron-on clothing labels, nursery labels, school labels, shoe labels, household labels, reward stickers and teacher stickers. The selection is completed with personalised bag tags, QR code labels and stamps.

Wall stickers, decor and photo products

For decorating children's rooms, Tinyme offers a long list of wall sticker themes, including Under the Sea, Among the Dinosaurs, Animal, Space, Transport, Woodland, Tree, Retro, Geo, Springville, Classic, Boys, Girls, Family, Nursery, Door and Quote designs, as well as mini and scatter formats and personalised height charts. The photo line covers photo-wrapped and framed wall decor panels, photo wall stickers, photo wall tiles, photo magnets, mosaics and personalised photo jigsaws. The site notes that the photo stickers and tiles can be removed and re-used without damaging the wall, and are available in many shapes and sizes.

Organisation, stationery and accessories

The organisation range includes home organisation boards — fridge and wall acrylic planners — with acrylic board accessories such as chalk markers, holders and sets, plus a paper stationery range of premium paper and tear-off sheets with optional magnetic backing. Personalised diaries and calendars are also part of the catalogue; the site indicated 2027 diaries and calendars allowing up to six names, customisation for different uses and a choice of starting month. Premium acrylic bag tags are described as double-sided prints with a metal swivel ring.

Gifts, baby items and seasonal lines

Under gifts, the store groups personalised kids gifts, personalised Christmas gifts, baby gifts, birth announcement plaques, milestone discs, baby wardrobe dividers and teacher gifts. Seasonal and celebration items include Christmas baubles, Christmas cards, Christmas wall stickers, Christmas gift labels and a Christmas advent calendar. Gift cards are sold in birthday, email and Christmas formats.

Customisation and QR labelling

A distinctive feature of the product configurator is the creation of a custom character: the buyer selects an icon and edits skin, hair and other details such as freckles, glasses, earrings and hearing aids, and can save the profile for later use and across devices. The site also states that products can be personalised in any language and customised with emojis. The lost-and-found QR stickers are presented as a way to recover lost items without an app, with details that can be updated at any time.

Ordering, delivery and international reach

Tinyme sells through country-specific storefronts. The UK site lists Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland and Europe, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, the UAE and GCC, the United Kingdom and the United States as destinations with their own sites, while orders for unlisted destinations are directed to the Rest of the World store. On delivery, the UK store advertised free standard shipping on a minimum spend of £40 and £3 standard shipping below that threshold, with delivery in five business days; a rush option at £6 for orders placed before midnight offered next-day dispatch and receipt within two business days, fully tracked. The site described these delivery times as estimates and not guaranteed.

Customer support is presented as a Monday-to-Friday phone line. The company also runs a newsletter, Club Tiny, for offers, freebies, product launches and news, and mentions a separate site, Opiqo, aimed at adults for photo products and decor.
