Sharpe Appliance Spares

Sharpe Appliance Spares: water filters and Worcester Bosch parts from Shropshire

Sharpe Appliance Spares is a family business based in Shropshire that has supplied water filters, associated spares and Worcester Bosch gas boiler spares for 33 years, according to its own account. The company states it was established in 1992 and operates as a mail order business, taking enquiries by email or telephone rather than through a retail counter.

Its activity is split between two lines of supply: domestic drinking water filtration products, sold under the Spare Wise trading name, and genuine replacement parts for Worcester Bosch gas boilers and Bosch water heaters.

Spare Wise: drinking water filters and accessories

Under the Spare Wise name the company specialises in a broad and, in its words, ever increasing range of drinking water filters and their accessories. The brands it lists as covered are Aquadial, Aqualyze, Aqua Water Systems, Bayhall, Calmag, Culligan, Ecosoft, GE Osmonics, Liff, Noga, Omnipure, Pentek, Spectrum, Vyair and Waterside.

Beyond filters themselves, the range extends to UV lamps and related spares. A separate website, sparewise.co.uk, is presented as the catalogue for the water products the company supplies.

Worcester Bosch stock and heating components

Sharpe Appliance Spares describes itself as a Worcester Bosch 'Profile' stockist, meaning it holds a wide range of genuine replacement parts for Worcester gas boilers and Bosch water heaters. It is also a member of the Federation of Heating Spares Stockists, a membership the company presents as giving it access to a large pool of components and spares covering many different appliances.

Clearance items and how enquiries are handled

For clearance and end-of-line items the company directs customers to its eBay pages. Enquiries for both the water filter range and the boiler spares are handled by email or telephone, with a contact form also available on the site.
