Super E-cig

Super E-cig, a UK vape retailer trading since 2012

Super E-cig is a British vaping retailer that dates its activity to 2012 and describes itself as a leading UK vape store. It operates an online shop alongside physical stores in Shirebrook and Mansfield, and presents itself as serving UK vapers for over a decade. The catalogue is built around e-liquids and vaping hardware, complemented by heated tobacco products and nicotine pouches.

The company states that it aims to sell high-quality products at the lowest possible price, and its product pages combine regular pricing with multi-buy promotions. It also states that it stocks only trusted brands.

E-liquids by type, strength and flavour

E-liquid is the largest part of the range. The shop organises it by format: 10ml nic salt e-liquids, 10ml freebase e-liquid, shortfills (including 50/50 and high VG variants), prefilled pods, flavour concentrates, longfill e-liquid and 10ml nicotine shots. Shortfill sizes listed run from 40ml and 50ml up to 100ml and 500ml.

Browsing can be filtered by flavour — blueberry, blue raspberry, gummy bear, Heisenberg, ice, menthol, strawberry and tobacco are among the categories shown — and by nicotine strength, from nicotine-free through 3mg, 5mg, 6mg, 10mg, 12mg, 18mg and 20mg.

Brands named in the e-liquid section include Doozy Vape Co, Elf Bar, Elux, Hangsen, Kingston, Qcig, SKE and Vampire Vape. Multi-buy offers displayed at the time of writing include mix-and-match bundles such as 5 for £10.00 and 10 for £20.00, a Vampire Vape 10 for £20 promotion, buy 6 get 4 free on 10ml e-liquid, and percentage savings on shortfills and larger e-liquid orders.

Replacement tank glass is also sold. Accessories cover batteries, battery chargers and cables, and other items.

It also carries nicotine pouches from SNÜ, Elf, Clew and Pablo, with a 3 for £9.99 deal and a promotion offering two free Terea with a kit.

Buying online and in store

Click & Collect is offered as a delivery option. A loyalty scheme gives 3% back in points on every order, with each point worth £0.01 and redeemable against future purchases; the store states that no sign-up is needed and points are earned automatically. New customers are offered 15% off their first order in exchange for subscribing to the email list.

The site displays a customer rating of 4.83 from 5,087 reviews, attributed to Trustpilot. It also mentions a Blue Light discount among its customer services.

Age restrictions and compliance

Super E-cig sells age-restricted products and requires customers to confirm they are at least 18 years old before entering the site.
